Terms of Service

By comissioning me, your agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order

General

  • Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)

  • My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on social media credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

  • AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may NOT be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw

  • Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

  • You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $15 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

  • You must be 18+ to commission any NSFW artwork

Payment & Fees

  • All payments are upfront in full through PayPal in USD

  • Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined

  • A Non-Disclourse Agreement (NDA) fee of $50 applies if you request that I do not post your commissions publicly or use it as a part of my Portfolio

  • Complexity Fee is between $10-80 for all Commissions

  • If a Commissioner wishes to buy a Commercial Use for a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($5 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60USD)

Revisions

  • Revisions are only available during the sketch phase

  • Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes will always be corrected at no cost.

Deadlines and Delivery

  • Commissions may take up to a month depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters

  • I will keep you updated if delays occur

  • There is no skip queue, priority or rush option

intellectual Property rights

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing the usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services
Post on social media and in my portfolio
Create prints/merchandise (only applies to fanart commissions)
Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes

Commissioners Rights

You may:

  • Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased)

  • Print the art for yourself

  • Post it on Social Media with a credit to me "@RassiArtYT"

  • Commission Art/Services using my Design/Work

You may NOT:

  • Use the artwork commercially without permission

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Remove signatures/watermarks

  • Resell or redistribute the artwork

  • Modify the artwork (heavily edit, trace, etc,) without my consent

  • Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming or commercial projects

  • Use artwork in any form of AI generation, this includes (but not exlusive to) creating alternate versions of the art with AI, animating the art with AI, training an AI model with art, etc.

NSFW COMMISSION POLICY

  • Clients must be 18 years or older too commission any nsfw artwork.

  • Clients who commission any nsfw artwork under the age of 18 will be blacklisted and will have there accounts reported

Refunds Policy

  • If I cancel a commission for any reason you are entitled to a full refund

  • You may cancel before payment is made

  • If you wish to cancel a commission after the commission has been started a fee will be deducted based on how much work has been done.

  • It is not possible for a refund AFTER the piece has been Completed

  • Chargebacks are strictly prohibited

Filing a chargeback will:

  • Forfeit your rights to use the artwork

  • Place you on a blacklist

  • Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit

  • I'll be mad

I am enited to cancel or refuse any commission for any reason

By Commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above
